For the Washington D.C. and later conferences, presentation rooms will be set up with HDMI cables as the primary connector to the projection screen. Please ensure you have an adapter available to connect to a standard size HDMI cable. As a backup, PMSE always recommended storing files on an USB drive to ensure presentations can be presented without delay. Speaker ready rooms will be available from 3 – 5 PM Saturday and 7 AM – 6 PM Sunday through Thursday. Please test your laptop if there are any potential concerns.
Poster session guidelines remain the same. Please remember to remove your poster within 1 hour of the session ending.
